Arike Ogunbowale

Arike Ogunbowale is a professional basketball player in the Dallas Wings, a team within the Women's National Basketball Association. Arike Ogunbowale was a college basketball player as a member of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish before being drafted to the Wings as a fifth overall pick in the 2019 WNBA. Arike Ogunbowale, born in Milwaukee Wisconsin on March 2, 1997 to Yolanda Ogunbowale and Gregory Ogunbowale. She has two brothers Mario (26 year old) and Dare Ogunbowale (20 years old). She was named to the 7th July roster of 2014 and was selected to the 2014 USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team. Ogunbowale is also part of the ACC All-Freshman Team, after her first season in a college. Kobe Bryant even thanked her for a number of large shots in the NCCA Tournament.
