Richard Bruce Cheney born Jan 30th, 1941 in Lincoln Nebraska, the son Richard Herbert Cheney the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. At the age of 13, Richard Bruce accompanied his parents from Nebraska to Casper (in Wyoming, the State of Wyoming) in Wyoming, where his father served as Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's soil conservation district.
